Privacy Policy

This policy applies to visitors of pgstrategicconsulting.com and to clients who use our secure client portal. PG Strategic Consulting LLC (A North Carolina single-member, member-managed LLC) is the controller of the information described here.

• Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, company details, and anything you choose to share through our contact section or the "Ask PG Strategic" assistant.
• Client portal data. Account credentials handled by our authentication provider, organization details, business health inputs, and documents you upload for review.
• Consent-based analytics. Aggregated page views, referrer, approximate region, device type, and interaction events such as "opened chat" or "booking clicked".
• Technical logs. Server logs needed to operate and secure the site, including IP address and timestamps, retained for a limited period.

• Respond to inquiries and prepare consulting proposals.
• Deliver and support engagements and the client portal.
• Understand which parts of the site are useful, only where analytics are allowed.
• Protect the site against abuse, fraud, and security incidents.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data to train third-party advertising models.

We use two categories of browser storage. You control the second one, and the site and chat assistant work exactly the same either way.

• Strictly necessary. Session and security storage that keeps you signed in to the client portal and remembers your cookie choice. These are always active because the site cannot function without them, and they are not used for tracking.
• Analytics (optional, off by default). Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-D7MM74KHMC) sets first-party cookies to measure aggregate site usage. These load only after you select "Allow analytics". Until then, Google Consent Mode is held in a denied state, so no analytics or advertising storage is written.

Advertising, ad personalization, and cross-site tracking storage remain denied at all times. Chat message content is not stored in analytics.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer, or by clearing this site's data in your browser. Browser signals such as "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control are respected where required by law.

We share information only with vendors who help us run the business — cloud hosting and database services, email delivery, calendar and scheduling tools, analytics, and payment processing (Stripe, used for tax calculation and collection). Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. Analytics events are retained on a rolling schedule and then deleted. Access to client documents is restricted by role-based permissions, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is logged.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw analytics consent at any time. Email support@pgstrategicconsulting.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or international privacy laws.

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
