By using this website or our client portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

PG Strategic Consulting LLC provides strategic consulting, business process improvement, automation, AI advisory, and digital systems work. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

AI-generated responses can be incomplete or inaccurate and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and no consultant-client relationship is created by using them. Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, protected health information, or other sensitive data through the assistant.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. We may suspend access to protect the platform, other clients, or our systems.

• Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or material you lack the rights to share.
• Do not scrape, overload, probe, or interfere with the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

You retain ownership of documents and information you provide. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to deliver the services you requested. The site design, text, logos, and any proprietary tools or software we develop — including the SPORK platform — remain the property of PG Strategic Consulting LLC unless a signed agreement transfers specific deliverables to you.

We treat non-public business information you share as confidential and use it only to evaluate or deliver services, except where disclosure is required by law.

Fees, deliverables, and schedules are set out in your engagement agreement. Applicable sales or use taxes are calculated and collected where required. Invoices are due per the terms stated on the invoice, and we may pause work on materially overdue accounts.

The site links to and relies on third-party services such as scheduling, cloud hosting, analytics, and payment processing. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

The website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PG Strategic Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or portal at any time for violations of these terms or to protect our systems. Sections relating to content ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Durham County, North Carolina.
